The ZGMF-X88S Gaia Gundam is part of ZAFT's Second Stage Series and features a transformation capability into a mobile armor (MA) mode, optimized for ground combat. In its MA mode, the Gaia Gundam resembles the four-legged TMF/A-802 BuCUE, allowing for agile movement on uneven terrain. While primarily designed for close-quarters combat, it also carries some ranged weaponry for versatility.
