Speed Run Challenge

Been a long time window shopper since I was a kid in those days when they used to be located on Yates St. Wonderful place to buy but super dangerous because all it takes is lack of self-control and you'll easily blow a hole in your wallet hauling away some nice stuff.

I was having an "ooting" with a former acquaintance and after he sees my eyes light up with all the wonderful displays, he decided to purchase an Anya Forger & Bond figurine out of the blue. Usually in past decades I would wander to buy figurines in Asian shops in the Lower Mainland but nice that this shop has most items so one less reason to make an expensive trip to find rare items. Staff are friendly and inviting; good inventory of items.

Definitely won't mind continuing to visit for decades to come.

Very well stocked location for model kits (all types, including Gundam), paint, R/C, rocketry, railroad, and supplies for all your hobby needs. As a hobbyist for years, I spent $100+ on goodies my 1st visit... there's something for everyone.

I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional staff at this store. Their team is highly knowledgeable regarding airbrush information, which significantly enhanced my purchasing experience. I was able to secure a great value on an airbrush gun.

Furthermore, the front-of-house staff demonstrated excellent customer service. A specific team member was instrumental in locating a receipt from a previous purchase for a defective item, allowing me to process a seamless exchange for a new one.

My son and I stopped in to take a look at what BC Hobbies had to offer. We were impressed! They have tons of great things for all ages. My son particularly liked the RC vehicles. The Lego was pretty awesome too. It was a bit pricy but understandable for the quality of the items. We will definitely be back :)

My son had his 9th birthday with BC Hobbies at their event space and it was a huge hit. The racing cars was a first experience the attendees had and they all had a blast - including parents. This was an overwhelmingly good experience with all staff (Adam was excellent with all the kids) and owner, Brendan, was on top of everything to make sure my son's birthday was a memorable event for him and all his friends. Everyone just raved on about it. Very unique and fun birthday idea. Thank you!

I brought in my RC truck for some advice and repairs. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I felt no pressure to buy anything and found the parts and accessories I needed in stock. He also ordered other parts for me without asking to pre-pay.

I highly recommend this shop if you are new to the hobby, or are looking for hands-on knowledge for your RC build.

Have ordered several times from this shop. Everything is always as ordered and in good condition. They have also assisted me with selecting alternate products when they were out of the item I originally wanted.
