Shipping and Delivery
BC Hobbies is a brick and mortar hobby shop in scenic Victoria BC Canada, located inside Hillside Shopping Centre since 2019. We ship all outgoing orders from this location, and our address can be found below:

The following is detailed information regarding shipping and delivery. Orders typically enter the fulfillment process very quickly, so if there are any changes you wish to make to your order it is recommended to email us at orders@bchobbies.com or call our store at 250-383-0051.
Shipping
At BC Hobbies we have a flat rate shipping cost of $20. We ship Canada-Wide via Canada Post and Geazone Couriers, but currently do not ship internationally. Shipping is free for orders over $150 before taxes!
Items such as 3D printer filament may have an additional shipping cost due to weight. This only applies if purchased by the case.
We ship orders out from Monday-Friday every week. We do not ship orders on weekends or Holidays.
Oversized (or heavy) Shipping
If your order is over our threshold for either size or weight, you will be charged our oversized shipping rate of $40.00. This is so we don't lose money due to shipping! This is in effect for the following products:
- Large RC Planes
- Traxxas X-Maxx
- ARRMA Felony & Infraction
- The following Lego sets:
- UCS Millennium Falcon
- UCS Star Destroyer
- UCS AT-AT
- Expert Colosseum
- Expert Titanic
Delivery
If you live in the Greater Victoria area, you can opt for local delivery which is $15. Delivery is free for orders over $150 before taxes! Be sure to include any special directions or instructions in your order notes. Staff may contact you prior to delivery for additional details.
Local Pick-up
To avoid shipping or delivery fees, you may pick up your order in store at no charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. If someone else is picking up your order for you, be sure to include that person's name in your order notes!
